Hot smoking is one of our specialties, and our Smokehouse team has been busy perfecting our newest product – Steelhead Candy Nuggets!
We start with the highest quality Ocean Wise Steelhead, and then cut and brine in our special family recipe before hot smoking in house to give it a tantalizing savoury and sweet taste with a hint of smokiness.
These delicious candied nuggets are available in either MAPLE or ORIGINAL REGULAR flavour and can be enjoyed on their own as a protein rich snack, or used in a variety of appetizers or salads
